When we observe asymmetric interactions between a patient and his partner ou others professionals, it appears that the way of resolving a conversational breakdown is different from one person to another. This fact seems to influence the patient's behavior.
In order to prove this observation, a situation in which the patient wouldn't have to talk has been developped. So different language transcription have been obtained, with a lot ot interventions from the normal speakers, so that it was possible to analyse their own language. Then these corpus have been analysed in a pragmatic way, following the theory of the "motherese".
So it was possible to demonstrate that, in a particular situation, the way of resolving a conersational breakdown was very different from a speaker to another. Finally, these results could open some reflexions for our practice.
